BMS楽曲やただIRCのログを晒すだけのサイト「今日のIRC」で今でもカルトな人気を持っているBMSアーティストだった蝙蝠、fetherをリスペクトした「ふぇざりすぶ！」の続編が「☆ twinklesky ☆」公開20周年を記念して爆誕！
前作ほど大したことをやっていないので2ではなく1.5扱いとして、ついでに普段SBFRがやっている悪行をまるで隠すかの如く健全な音楽サークルとしてVRイベント「MusicVket」へ出展する新作です！こんな作品が完全新作かよ！！！狂気すぎるわ！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
かわいい絵やBMS作品、そして「kirby pop」の立役者になったイメージとは裏腹に相変わらずメドレー作品「Thiry Years」でタイトル名を決める際に内容が不謹慎すぎて複数のタイトルを却下された（実話）経歴のある緑蝙蝠をリスペクトしたい奴等が集まった狂気のアレンジCDの続編！全6+1曲がここに爆誕！！！！！！！！！！！！
